With a bright, high contrast 8″ color touchscreen, multi-family intercom system, Virtual Key visitor management & SmartScreen call management, the W482 provides an impressive end user experience while simultaneously giving properties unique tools to manage access control.
The W482 operates on an ethernet connection, allowing for simple, one step internet VPN connectivity on setup. This model does not support the integration of CellGate external cameras.

W482 Hardware Features
Brilliant 8” color touchscreen.
Larger, brighter, higher-contrast screen for improved user experience and performance in direct sunlight.

Will work at properties of all sizes.
Full numeric keypad – up to 10,000 local codes and 64,000 non-local codes.
Unique access codes can be provided to visitors on a long term, limited use window or temporary use basis, and can be set up by designated users in < 60 seconds via the TrueCloud™ web portal.
Available for order with either one Wiegand 26-bit input or three Wiegand 26-bit inputs, depending on property’s needs.
Ideal for pedestrian gates, card readers, keypads or wireless remotes.
Built-in camera allows for live streaming video of visitors at the gate and captures still pictures when someone utilizes the keypad, calls to gain access, or can be taken on demand via the Cellgate app (only by designated user(s)).

Virtual Key visitor management
Visitors can receive Virtual Keys with restricted date/time access on their smart phones.
Customizable home screen call options, for improved visitor management.
This function enables the fire alarm to trigger a desired designated action when activated, including opening some or all assigned doors and gates. It also closes such entries upon completion of the fire alarm event.
W482 Optional Enhancements
Add up to 3 external cameras to capture multiple views of access point.
Allows property management to capture visitor photos from a 2nd angle, to capture vehicle details, license plate info, etc.
Integrates with an OmniPoint multi-point wireless access control solution.
Expands entry point management at gate or other access points on the property. All entry points at a property using fobs/card readers (including outdoor areas like clubhouse/pool gate/fitness center) can be controlled.

A property’s residents can receive live streaming video of their visitors at the gate from the multi-family intercom system, and grant them access from their smart phone’s gate access app.
Better security; residents can simultaneously see and speak to visitors.
Residents can receive voice calls from visitors at the gate.
Allows residents with landline telephones to grant access via voice call instead of via streaming video/app; residents that are roaming and don’t have bandwidth to receive a video call are also able receive a voice call instead.
System can auto-call up to 6 app video contacts and 3 voice only numbers in 3 tiers.
Increases the likelihood your visitor reaches someone upon arrival; most competitor systems can only call one number per directory listing.
VMI – VoiceMail Intelligence. System recognizes when a voice call reaches voice mail instead of a live person, and moves on to the next number on the call group.
