WXL Hardware Features

Brilliant 11” color touchscreen.

Provides a user-friendly visitor experience; easy viewing at night or in low light environments, and simple for more mature visitors to read without reading glasses.

Hardware Dimensions: 14.75″ height, 12.75″ width, 3.75″ depth.

Large enough for outstanding visitor visibility and user experience, compact enough for utilization in existing legacy system locations.

Up to 6,000 directory listings.

Works at multi-family properties of all sizes.

System auto-calls up to 6 app video contacts and 3 voice only numbers in 3 tiers.

Increases the likelihood your visitor reaches someone upon visiting; most competitor systems only call one number per directory listing.

Full numeric keypad – up to 30,000 local codes and 64,000 non-local codes

Provide unique access codes or Virtual Keys to visitors on a long term, limited use window or temporary use basis. It takes < 60 seconds via TrueCloud Connect™ or the CellGate app.

Order the WXL with one, two or three Wiegand 26-bit inputs, depending on property’s needs.

WXL Programmable Features

Virtual Key Visitor Management.

Visitors receive Virtual Keys with restricted date/time access on their smart phones or via email.

SmartScreen Call Management.

The WXL home screen is configured to provide from 1 to 4 press-to-call icons. The “Resident Directory”, “QR Code” and “Access Code” icons are available as needed. These icons are configured for use (or not) depending on a property’s visitor management call function requirements. One specific press-to-call icon is totally customizable by the property for direct dial. Options often include: “Leasing Office,” “Deliveries,” or “Security.” This proprietary feature is ideal for the varying needs in multi-family residential gate security.

Fire Alarm Function

The fire alarm triggers a desired action when activated, including opening some or all assigned doors (or gates) from your door access system. It also closes such entries upon completion of the fire alarm event.

WXL Optional Enhancements

Add up to 3 external cameras to capture secondary views.

Capture visitor photos from a 2nd angle, capture vehicle details, license plate info, etc.

Integrates with Watchman WXP Wiegand Expansion Panel and with OmniPoint multi-point wireless access control solution.

Expands entry point management at gate or other access points on the property. All entry points at a property using fobs/card readers (ex. clubhouse/pool gate/fitness center) are controlled.

VMI – Voice Mail Intelligence. Watchman WXL recognizes when a voice call reaches voice mail instead of a live person, and moves on to the next number on the call list.
