What is Entría?
Entría is CellGate's family of wired and wireless door and gate controllers for small to mid-sized properties, managed through the TrueCloud Connect platform.
Who is Entría designed for?
Entría suits multi-tenant residential communities, commercial and industrial sites, offices, and single properties that require scalable, cloud-managed access control without extensive wiring.
What is the difference between the four-door controller and the single-door controllers?

The Entría E4DC can control up to four doors/gates and supports cellular or Ethernet connectivity. External cameras can also be integrated at each entry point, if desired, to show photos of access events. Either CG Readers or existing 3rd party readers can be utilized with the Four Door Controller.

The single-door controller models provide compact control for individual doors in either enclosed or mullion form factors. They come standard with QR Code, PIN Code and Bluetooth contactless entry, and support DESFire EV3 or HID encryption. Both integrate with CellGate's cloud platform and readers for flexible scaling.

Does Entría support mobile credentials and Visitor Passes?
Yes, mobile app keyless entry is available to residents/employees for all Entría products, regardless of reader chosen. Bluetooth contactless entry and Visitor Passes are standard on all Single Door Controllers, and on the Four Door Controller and Elevator Controller when utilized with CG Readers.
Which reader and credential types does Entría work with?
Entría Single Door Controllers work with: a) CellGate issued DESFire EV3 or HID keycards/fobs; b) 3rd party-issued HID keycards/fobs; c) 3rd party 26-bit Wiegand keycards/fobs if a reader is added via the single Wiegand input. The Entría Four Door Controller and Elevator Controller can work with both 3rd party 26-bit Wiegand readers or with CG Readers.
Can Entría be deployed as wired or wireless?
Yes. Depending on the model, Entría supports LTE cellular or Ethernet connections—allowing flexible deployment with minimal cabling while maintaining reliable cloud access.
How does Entría integrate with CellGate's other solutions?
Entría integrates seamlessly across the entire CellGate ecosystem. Watchman anchors high-traffic entry points with combined video intercom, telephone entry, and access control. OmniPoint extends wireless access to hard-to-wire areas, while Entría secures additional doors, gates, and elevators. CG Readers & Credentials can be added to any solution—all CellGate solutions are managed through a single TrueCloud Connect login.
What occurs if internet goes down?
Entría is designed for resilience. Local caching of credentials and schedules allows continued access even during connectivity loss. Events sync to the cloud when connection returns.
Can Entría integrate cameras at the doors?
Yes—the Four Door Controller supports integration with external cameras for video verification at entry points, viewable in TrueCloud Connect.
