A wireless OmniPoint solution can be used on properties that have garages that also connect to residential (or other secured) buildings for access control.

Pedestrian gates at the perimeter of a property can utilize either OmniPoint or a Watchman multi-family model for access control. The right option is based on several factors including proximity of the pedestrian gate to the installed Watchman device.

Depending on a property’s needs at a specific building entrance, both an OmniPoint solution or a Watchman multi-family model could be utilized here for access control. If the entrance also has visitor management needs, a Watchman model must be chosen.

An OmniPoint solution is ideal for giving residents access to commonly shared resident spaces like a clubhouse or workout facility. Access restrictions can be set up for both time of day and day of the week, and can be customized by an individual user – so residents and cleaning personnel, for example, might be set up with different access schedules.
