Introduction

This video provides detailed instructions on how a property manager utilizing a CellGate multi-family access control system can manage the Account Admin group using the TrueCloud Connect dashboard. TrueCloud Connect™ is CellGate’s proprietary back-end architecture that manages all data flow between product hardware, the internet, cellular networks, landline phones, smartphone apps, and the administrative web portal. Properly managing the Account Admin group ensures that administrative tasks and access control are handled efficiently and securely. Within TrueCloud Connect, the user should be in the Groups section.

Managing the Account Admin Group

  1. Log In to TrueCloud Connect: Use your login credentials to access the dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Groups: Click on “Groups” at the top of the screen in the main menu to access the group management section.
  3. Select the Account Admin Group:
    • Identify the “Account Admin” group from the list of groups.
    • Click on the group name to access its settings.
  4. Configure Group Settings:
    • Full Access: Ensure that Account Admins have full access to all system features, including user management, access control, and system settings.
    • Billing Access: If needed, assign specific admins with access to billing information and settings.
    • Site Admin Access: Configure site-specific admins with access to manage their particular sites, excluding billing information if required.
    • Read-Only Access: Set up read-only admins who can view information without making any changes.
  5. Add or Remove Admins:
    • Add Admin: Click on “Add User” to include a new admin in the group. Enter their details and assign the appropriate admin role.
    • Remove Admin: Select an admin from the list and click “Remove” to delete them from the group.
  6. Save Settings:
    • After configuring the admin roles and settings, click “Save” to apply the changes.
