Introduction

This video provides instructions on setting your gate schedule on your Watchman system using the TrueCloud Connect dashboard. TrueCloud Connect™ is CellGate’s proprietary back-end architecture that manages all data flow between product hardware, the internet, cellular networks, landline phones, smartphone apps, and the administrative web portal. Learning how to effectively set and manage gate schedules will enhance your property’s security and access control efficiency.

How to Set Your Gate Schedule

1. Log In to TrueCloud Connect: Use your login credentials to access the dashboard.
2. Choose the Gate: Select the name of the desired gate that you wish to schedule.
3. Locate the Schedule Function: On the dashboard, find the schedule function located to the far right of the “Trigger Gate” button.
4. Create a New Schedule:
   • Access the Schedule Section: Click on “Actions” and then select “Schedule.”
   • Set the Schedule Start and End: Choose the start and end dates. For instance, if you want the gate to remain open on Mondays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, select Monday as both the start and end date.
   • Set the Time: Enter the time you want the gate to be open. In this example, set the time from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
   • Save the Schedule: Click “Save” to highlight the schedule in blue, indicating the gate will remain open during the specified times.
5. Return to the Dashboard: After saving, you will be redirected back to the main dashboard.
