Herb’s global 40-year career includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer of public, private, and development-stage companies across many sectors including healthcare, technology, media, broadcasting, telecommunications, e-commerce, consumer products and financial services industries. He has extensive international experience working in Russia, China, and Ireland, directing over 70 capital market transactions, including 60+ M&A transactions, and raised over $1 billion in new capital. Herb and his wife enjoy traveling and golf.
