1. Launch the CellGate App: Open the app and tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
2. Select Virtual Keys: From the dropdown menu, choose the “Virtual Keys” option.
3. Access the Virtual Keys Page: This page is your hub for creating individual keys, temporary event keys, or single-use keys.

Types of Virtual Keys

Individual Keys
Perfect for granting recurring access to a single visitor. These QR code keys can be customized with specific restrictions or left open for flexibility.

Temporary Event Keys
Ideal for managing access during events. Available as QR code or PIN code keys, they grant access for periods ranging from one hour to seven days.

Single Use Keys
Designed for one-time access, these keys are perfect for deliveries or maintenance visits. Choose between a QR code key or a PIN code key.
