We provide wireless access control and monitoring over cellular networks and the internet. We are unique in our ability to seamlessly integrate products with live video streaming, voice, access control and cameras — that are all controlled via TrueCloud Connect™ & the CellGate app. Because our products run on cellular networks, they are installed virtually anywhere; with web-based TrueCloud Connect™ and the CellGate app, they are also managed from anywhere.

All Our Products Have 3 Key Components

Hardware

Depending on the hardware chosen, our products provide live streaming video of visitors, telephone entry, and transmit photos & data.

They are powered by AC power or solar, depending on the installation location. All hardware works via cellular networks, and many models are available with hard-wired Ethernet.

Web-based TrueCloud Connect™, powered by Microsoft Azure.

Administrators manage all aspects of their CellGate systems (even across properties) via a single login to TrueCloud Connect™.  Functionality includes adding new users, creating access codes/credentials and schedules; customizing notifications and reviewing historical data and photos for each property.

The CellGate app controls and monitors functionality across all CellGate products.

Depending on the product(s) chosen, receive live video calls from visitors, open/close/hold open a gate or a door, and take a photo at a visitor managment entry point on demand—all via the CellGate app. Notifications are sent via text or email when access attempts are made or when sensors are triggered.

CellGate App: Gate or Door Control

System administrator opens, holds open, or closes their gate or a door by sending the command via the CellGate app.
TrueCloud Connect™ transmits the command to open,close or hold open the gate or door.
The installed device acknowledges the command and reports every gate or door status change.
The client’s TrueCloud Connect™ account logs the event.

Telephone Entry/Video Intercom

Visitor arrives and presses call button.
Whoever answers 1st from the call group receives a voice or video call from the visitor, and grants (or denies) them access from their smart phone or tablet.
Upon authorization, the system opens the gate.
The event is logged in their TrueCloud Connect™ account; the system administrator chooses whether to receive a photo, text or email notification of the event.

Access Codes

Using TrueCloud Connect™, assign a unique access code for each visitor. Control access by time of day, day of week or date range.
Visitor enters assigned code upon arrival. System takes photo of visitor and transmits access request to TrueCloud Connect™.
Upon authorization, the system opens the gate.
The system administrator’s TrueCloud Connect™ account logs the event; the system owner chooses whether to receive a photo, text or email notification of the event if they wish.

Camera Monitoring and Recording Events

Motion triggers the camera.
The administrator receives real-time photo notification of the access event on their smart phone for review.
The CellGate app or TrueCloud Connect™ take on-demand photos, whenever needed.
Video footage of access events are stored locally on the SD card in the camera.
