Sharing a QR Temporary Visitor Pass: Send the Scan by Text or Email

Once your QR Temporary Visitor Pass is created, sharing it takes a few taps: tap Share, pick text or email, choose the recipient, and send. Here is the hand-off, and what your guest does when they arrive.
Before you share
This picks up from creating a QR Temporary Visitor Pass. With the pass created, you are ready to send it.
1) Tap Share, then send
- Tap the Share button. A share menu appears on your phone.
- Choose text message or email.
- When sending by text, you can manually enter a phone number, search your contacts, or scroll your contact list to pick a recipient. Email works the same way.
- Press Send Visitor Pass.
2) What the recipient receives
The guest receives a text or email with a link to their QR code. They can view the pass name, the start and end date, and which gate or gates the pass can access.
3) Getting in at the gate
When the guest arrives at the property, they tap Guest QR Code, then scan their QR code at the reader or Watchman camera for access.
