Once your QR Recurring Visitor Pass is created, sharing it takes a few taps: tap Share, pick text or email, choose the recipient, and send. Here is the hand-off, and what your guest does when they arrive.
Tap the Share button. A share menu appears on your phone.
Choose text message or email.
When sending by text, you can manually enter a phone number, search your contacts, or scroll your contact list to pick a recipient. Email works the same way.
Press Send Visitor Pass.
2) What the recipient receives
The recipient receives a text or email with a link to their pass. They can view the pass name, the sender, a brief description, and any access restrictions, and they can save the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or add it to their calendar.
3) Getting in at the gate
When the guest arrives at the property, they tap Guest QR Code, then scan their QR code at the reader or Watchman camera for access.
