Entría Elevator Controller: CellGate App Guide

Apr 20, 2026  |  Support Resource, CellGate App

The Entría Elevator Controller lets residents call the elevator from the CellGate app and send guests a Visitor Pass scoped to specific floors. This end-user guide covers requesting the elevator, reading the status, and issuing floor-limited passes.

Access enabled, failed, and status

A green Access Enabled message means the controller received the request and your assigned relays are active, you may use the elevator. A red Failed to Enable Access can mean the controller is offline, a network issue, or the device is temporarily unavailable; check your connection, wait a few seconds, and tap Elevator again. A status dot shows green (online) or gray (may be offline). If it continues, contact property management or CellGate Customer Care.

Send a Visitor Pass with floor access

To give a guest elevator access, tap the menu, then Access CredentialsVisitor PassesCreate Visitor Pass. Choose QR or PIN and the type (Single-Use, Temporary, or Recurring). Name it, select the entrance, then turn on floor selection: find Elevator in the list, check it, and check each floor to allow. Set any restrictions, tap Save, then share by text, email, or Copy to Clipboard. Guests enter with a QR code (hold it to the camera, do not screenshot) or a PIN (enter it and tap the check mark). Passes can be edited, re-shared, or deleted anytime; expired passes remain visible for 45 days.
