1) Download and begin
Download the CellGate app from the App Store or Google Play and open it. If this is your first device, tap Register. If you already have an account, log in, open the side menu, and select Add a Product.
2) Choose device and enter your card
Choose your device type from the list, then select whether it will be used for business or personal use. Confirm you have your registration card handy; if you do not have one, call CellGate support for assistance. Enter your registration card number, fill in the dealer information, and give the device a name that makes it easy to identify.
3) Set codes, addresses, and account details
Next, set up the codes and account information:
- Set an access code to open the door, and a hold-open code for keeping it unlocked when needed.
- Enter the property address and the installation address.
- Create your account details: your name, email, phone number, and a password.
4) Bluetooth, plan, and payment
If you would like Bluetooth capability, enable it here. It lets you open the door with your phone by waving or walking near the device. Next, select the access control and Bluetooth plan, agree to the privacy policy, and review the charges. Tap Pay Now and enter your payment details. A confirmation screen then shows your device has been successfully registered and is ready to use. For more help, contact CellGate Customer Care at 855-694-2837, option three.
