Open the elevator device
In the TrueCloud Connect platform, sign in and go to the Dashboard. Find the property in the left panel, expand it, and select Elevator, then click the Elevator button in the device list. Each relay port corresponds to an elevator floor and is configured individually.
Configure floors, logs, and schedules
- Edit a floor: click Edit next to a floor, update the name and description, and Save. Relay setup for floors requires contacting CellGate Customer Care; admins can view logs, edit floor info, and set schedules.
- Logs: click Logs next to a floor, filter by install location, date/time, access credentials, or response status, then Filter. Review date, device and user, who initiated it, the action, and the result.
- Schedules: click Schedule, then + Add, set the schedule type and start/end day and time, and Save. Schedules can automatically allow or restrict a floor during set periods.
Trigger floor access
On the Relay Ports page, click the Elevator button next to a floor (or check several floors and use the Elevator button at the top) and choose Momentary Floor Access, Activate Floor Access, or Close Floor Access. Enter a duration if prompted and click Open. Use Activate for continuous access and Momentary for temporary; a confirmation appears once sent.
Group and Visitor Pass elevator access
Under Groups, select a group and open the Elevator Access tab. Grant full access by setting Access to All Floors/Levels and saving, or enable Add Restrictions to limit specific floors by date range, days, timeframe, and usage limits.
For visitor access, open Access Credentials Management within the group, pick a Visitor Pass type (QR Recurring, Temporary, or Single-Use), and choose whether members may invite guests and whether passes are restricted to selected devices and floors. You can also build reusable Visitor Pass Templates under Templates to apply entrances, floors, duration, and restrictions consistently.
