Getting started with the CellGate app takes two steps: download it from your phone’s app store, then log in with the credentials your administrator gave you. This walks both, including the permissions to allow so everything works. You can also download the app and see an overview of what it does on the CellGate app page.
Get the CellGate app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, you can also reach both store links and an overview of what the app does on the CellGate app page. On an Android device, tap Install; on an iPhone, tap Get. Once it is installed, open it from the store or by tapping the CellGate icon on your home screen.
2) Allow the permissions
When you first launch the app, it will ask for several permissions. Enable access to notifications, microphone, and camera so the app works properly, these are what let you receive gate calls, talk to visitors, and scan codes.
3) Log in
Log in with the username and password provided by your administrator. Before signing in, check the boxes to agree to the privacy policy and to enable Remember Me for quicker access next time. Once you are in, you can speed up future logins with Face ID or Fingerprint ID.
