At single-family properties, whether a user can download and share CellGate photos is set per user in TrueCloud Connect. This covers the individual user setting, download first, then sharing.
At single-family properties, photo permissions are set per individual user. In the TrueCloud Connect platform, sign in, then from the top navigation click User and select Manage Users. Find and select the user you want to update, then scroll to the Photo Download & Sharing section.
2) Allow photos to be downloaded
For Allow CellGate Photos to be Downloaded from the CellGate App?, choose Yes or No. This setting is enabled by default for administrator users.
3) Allow downloaded photos to be shared
When downloading is set to Yes, choose Yes or No for Allow Downloaded Photos to be Shared from the CellGate App?, then click Save. For help, contact CellGate Customer Care at admincs@cell-gate.com or (855) 694-2837, option 3.
