At multifamily properties, whether residents can download and share CellGate photos is controlled per group in TrueCloud Connect. This walks the group setting, download first, then sharing.
At multifamily properties, photo permissions are set per group. In the TrueCloud Connect platform, sign in, then from the top navigation click Groups. Locate the appropriate group category, expand it if needed, and select the group name you want to update. Open the Photo Download & Sharing tab.
2) Allow photos to be downloaded
For Allow CellGate Photos to be Downloaded from the CellGate App?, choose Yes so group members can download photos from the app, or No to prevent it.
3) Allow downloaded photos to be shared
The sharing option only appears once downloading is set to Yes. For Allow Downloaded Photos to be Shared from the CellGate App?, choose Yes or No, then click Save to apply.
