How to Use the CellGate CR-Infinity Reader

1. Entering with an Access Card or Key Fob

The simplest way to unlock the CR-Infinity Reader is with a credential card or key fob:

  • ✅ Tap your access card or key fob against the reader.
  • ✅ Wait for the system to recognize it and grant access.

This method provides quick, secure, and contactless entry for authorized users.

2. Entering with Bluetooth Access

You can also use your mobile device for Bluetooth entry with a few simple steps:

Step 1: Download & Set Up the CellGate App
  • 📥 Install the CellGate mobile application on your phone.
  • 📂 Open the app, go to the menu, and select Virtual Keys.
Step 2: Enable Bluetooth Access
  • 🔹 Select Personal Keys in the app.
  • 🔹 When prompted, allow Bluetooth access and enable Bluetooth background access.
Step 3: Use Bluetooth to Unlock
  • ✅ Keep your phone with you. (In your pocket or handbag, etc)
  • ✅ Wave your hand in front of the CR-Infinity Reader.
  • ✅ The reader will detect your device and unlock automatically.

3. Entering with an Access Code

For users who prefer a keypad code, follow these steps:

  1. Type your assigned access code into the reader.
  2. Press the enter button to submit the code.
  3. The reader will verify your code and unlock the entry point.

4. Entering with a QR Code

The CR-Infinity Reader also supports QR code access, making it ideal for temporary entry:

  • ✅ You’ll receive a text message or email with a QR code link.
  • ✅ Open the link to display your unique QR code.
  • ✅ Hold the QR code in front of the reader’s sensor at the top of the device.
  • ✅ The reader will scan and grant access.
