What makes CellGate different
A single-family property needs a system that is easy for the household, reliable for the installer, and clear for whoever administers it. Here is what sets CellGate apart: it is the only company in the industry with dual-network flexibility, carrying data over either cellular LTE or wired internet, with both managed through one login.
That matters because properties differ. Some have dependable wired internet at the entry point and some have none at all. Supporting both means the same deployment approach works either way.
“Wireless where you need it. Wired where you have it.”
CellGate
Watchman video entry and cameras
The Watchman family handles the entry point: live video telephone entry, access control, and Visitor Passes in one unit at the gate.
Every Watchman model captures a photo of each access attempt with its built-in camera. Where you need a wider view or license plate capture, a Watchman integrates with up to three external cameras.
CG Readers & Credentials
CG Readers & Credentials work alongside the Watchman at the gate or the door, covering card and fob taps, Bluetooth contactless entry, and keypad codes.
For visitors, the household issues QR or PIN Code Visitor Passes: a dog walker gets recurring access, a party gets a window, a delivery gets one use and no more.
TrueCloud Connect and the CellGate app
The TrueCloud Connect platform links properties, residents, and solutions behind one login for administration, and keeps the record of what happened at the gate.
Day to day, the household lives in the CellGate app: see who is at the gate, grant entry, check gate status, and issue a Visitor Pass in under a minute.
Support from install through everyday use
Installation is where most systems either earn trust or lose it. CellGate’s technical support works with the installing dealer through commissioning, and single-family homeowners reach Customer Care afterward for anything that comes up once the system is live.
Common questions
What is Total Property Security Access?
It is CellGate’s approach to putting live video telephone entry (video intercom), access control, camera integration, and credential-based entry into one system, administered through the TrueCloud Connect platform rather than four separate tools.
How do QR and PIN Visitor Passes work?
An authorized resident issues a QR or PIN Code to a visitor from the CellGate app. The pass can recur, cover a set window, or expire after a single use, and every use is recorded.
Why does dual-network flexibility matter?
Because the entry point is often the worst-connected spot on a property. Supporting cellular LTE and wired internet equally means the gate does not have to wait on a trench or a router, and the system behaves the same either way.
