Via TrueCloud Connect, you create as many PIN access codes as you need. In fact, it is best to give each person their own PIN code so you can monitor exactly who enters and when.

Yes, via TrueCloud Connect, you access codes are valid for a certain number of uses, for a defined date/time range and/or days of the week, or until canceled.
PIN codes are available with all Watchman models, Entría single Door Controllers, and CG Infinity or Digit readers. Both PIN and QR codes are available with Watchman multi-family models, Entría Single Door Controllers and the CG Infinity Reader.
Yes, via the TrueCloud Connect dashboard you open, hold open or close any door, gate or lock. This is also done via the CellGate app. The device will open/close even if you are not there in person.
Yes, if supported by your electronic gate, door or lock installed, all CellGate products are controlled via TrueCloud Connect or the CellGate app (our gate access app) to open the gate/door/lock for an extended period of time.
Unlike keypads or remote-control devices, all transactions using CellGate products are logged by date/time in TrueCloud Connect. You can sort transactions by date/time or even by access code and find out exactly who entered and when. For this feature to be most helpful, be sure to give each person their own personal PIN access code or a QR Code (available with Watchman multi-family intercom models), Entría Single Door Controllers and the CG Infinity Reader.
Ideally, yes. Since our products work on both Verizon and AT&T LTE networks, most locations are covered by one of these networks. We also have directional antennas to extend cellular coverage from the cell tower, if necessary. We also have internet options for many of our products, if cellular is not an option or internet is preferred.
Yes! All commands and voice connections go through CellGate's servers, which validate the gate/door number and access codes. Open commands are then transmitted to the remote device using advanced digital technology. To maximize security, do not give your PIN access code to anyone, and/or utilize a QR Code option that is available with Watchman multi-family residential gate security models, Entría Single Door Controllers and the CG Infinity Reader. In addition, we recommend QR or PIN codes given to others be set to expire, thus preventing their unwanted use.
Battery backup is an optional feature on the gate operator mechanisms themselves. Talk to your installer or dealer about backup power solutions.
PIN codes are stored locally in the keypad and will continue to work if cellular service is down, as long as power is available.
