SurePath is an advanced network redundancy tool designed to keep internet-based Watchman® W482, WXL2 & Entría 4 Door Controllers running when a property’s primary wired internet connection goes down. By automatically transitioning system communications from wired internet to cellular connectivity, SurePath helps ensure uninterrupted access for residents, employees & authorized visitors—without manual intervention.

SurePath supports dual-SIM LTE cellular connectivity on Verizon and AT&T networks for automatic failover redundancy.
When the primary wired internet connection is lost, SurePath instantly transitions system communications to cellular service without manual intervention. The dual-SIM configuration provides additional redundancy—if one carrier experiences service disruption, the device can automatically switch to the secondary SIM card.
The device integrates with the customer’s existing wired internet connection via the WAN/LAN1 port and interfaces with CellGate devices (Watchman® W482, Watchman® WXL2, or Entría 4-Door Controllers) through the LAN2 port using standard CAT6 Ethernet cabling.
Real-time connectivity status, failover events, and cellular signal strength are monitored through TrueCloud Connect™.
