  • The project must be in the United States.
  • Offer is only valid for one submission per dealer/system integrator.
  • Gather the required information below for submission via the form on this page:
    • a. Project name and address
    • b. A photo of the property
    • c. A copy of the customer quote with a listing of the OmniPoint hardware needed (minimum four entry points)
    • d. Connectivity type quoted: via AT&T or Verizon LTE, or hardwired Internet
  • Fill out the form.
  • CellGate will mail a $100 check within 30 days to the dealer/system integrator’s provided address.
Note: If a submitted project does not meet the above criteria, a different project may be submitted.
No commitment is required to purchase any CellGate equipment.

    • a. Customer name and address where the project was installed
    • b. OmniPoint Gateway Device Number
  • Fill out the form.
